Rates and Policies

We have 50 rooms and suites tailored to suit your every need from rooms with a Queen bed for 1 or 2 persons, a Queen and Long Twin to accommodate 2-3 persons, adjoining-connected rooms for families, and also feature very nice roomy 2-room suites with various configurations to accommodate 2-5 persons with sitting areas,  jacuzzi bathtubs, sofa's, tables and other amenities available.  All rooms have hair dryers, Frig's are standard in most rooms,  and irons/ironing board,  and forgotten toiletries are available on request.

Our INN is 100% non-smoking, and we have outside areas for those caring to smoke.  

We do not take pets, and have an arrangement with a close-by local family operated kennel for those traveling with their pets.

Rooms and standard rates for 1-2 persons/room over all seasons are:

Queen                      $129-159       

Queen & Single        $139-169                                                         

King                          $169-179          

Family Suites            $199-$249 

 Extra person charge-$20. 

All rates include our nice continental breakfast in our Breakfast Cafe and our 24/7 Coffee and snack bar-available year-round. 

Reservations:

Reservations may be made through email, FAX or phone as you wish. We require the following information (no. of persons -adults/children, purpose of stay, arrival time, no. days, phone no.) and credit card info. (no. ,expiration & 3 digit code) to secure the booking with the first nite's deposit.

Cancellations:

We are a family operated Boutique INN.  We do not overbook, so when you make the reservation, you will have a room. Rooms may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival less a $25 administrative charge. Cancellations made in less than 14 days of arrival will be made with a one night room charge. No refunds after check-in.

Payment:

Payment for the full stay is required at check-in and we accept cash, debit-Interact, Visa, Master Card, AMEX for payment. 

Local Group Accommodations:

We are a Community INN, and we serve the local area so we are happy to accommodate your wedding, family reunion, business meeting, local festival or other event. For all persons staying with a group (block of rooms)  we will hold rooms for up to 30 days prior to your event.  

For all groups we require a non-refundable check or credit card payment for all rooms at confirmed booking from the group organizer, and a rooming list. Minimum group stays are 2 days on weekends. Group payments for the entire booked stay are taken on booking and at least 30d prior to arrival and are non-refundable.

Bus Tours:

We are especially well suited for, have lots of experience with,  and love to accommodate bus tours. We have lots of bus parking, a park-like atmosphere for bus travelers to walk, relax and unwind from a day of touring, and inside corridors for security and room-room visits.  Our Breakfast Room opens early for bus tours and travelers are quickly served through our wide-open self-serving counter. The Gazebo awaits early morning risers and late evening guests, looking for peace and quiet.
